Can the Ororo heated jacket keep you warmer than a regular one?

February 22, 2018 - The Ororo heated jacket is battery powered, has heating elements built into the lining and has 3 different heat settings. But, can it keep you warmer than a regular coat? We took it out on a chilly New England day to find out.
