I've loved gardening ever since I took a course on it during my senior year of college. The idea that I could create life without having a child filled me with joy and I loaded my little plot in the university garden with seemingly endless kale, spinach, and broccoli, collecting my bountiful harvest weekly. Unfortunately, I don’t have the same green thumb when it comes to houseplants and have killed every single one I’ve owned—even a succulent.

If you have the same plant woes as me, there’s thankfully a variety of houseplants that claim to be easy to care for and, more importantly, hard to kill. Even better, you can order them all at the Amazon Plants Store, which means you don’t even need to leave your home to adopt a new plant baby. Hard to kill and delivered? It’s a lazy plant lovers dream.

You can also hit up the shop to get all of your plant accessories like pots, soil, and shovels, making it easier than ever to fill your home with luscious greenery. Here are 10 unbe-leaf-able plants you can get on Amazon that you (probably) won’t kill.

1. Lucky bamboo that would grow to large heights

You'll feel lucky when this bamboo survives.

Traditional bamboo can grow up to 3 feet a day, but lucky bamboo isn’t technically bamboo at all, and the good news is that this means it is much more manageable. Lucky bamboo can tolerate low light and if you notice droopy leaves, they will revitalize quickly after a watering, which is ideal if you're forgetful. Plus, you’ll feel lucky to have this gorgeous, curling plant in your home.

2. A fast-growing spider plant

Little watering and low light? Count me in.

Spider plants grow quickly and easily (up to 2 feet wide and 3 feet tall!) and can thrive in indirect sunlight. The most work you’ll have to do is potentially repotting it if it overgrows its current pot. Bonus: These plants also produce little spider plants that you can root in potting soil for some extra (free) greenery or to repot and give to loved ones.

3. A snake plant that literally won’t die

This study plant can survive it all.

Also known as also Mother-in-Law's Tongue, the snake plant is actually a succulent that’s very easy to care for. In fact, it's so easy that the snake plant prefers to be left alone. It’s better to water this plant less or else it will start to rot, which is ideal for us forgetful gardeners.

4. Devil’s ivy that might grow on forever

Have this ivy cascading down from a high spot in your home.

With eye-catching heart-shaped leaves, devil’s ivy has been dubbed “impossible to kill” because it can survive in low-light and with infrequent watering. It grows pretty fast too, making you look like quite the impressive plant parent. Since it grows so long, devil’s ivy looks great when it cascades down from a high ledge like the top of a bookshelf or armoire.

5. A rubber plant that can change color

Get dark hues or green leaves depending on where you place this plant.

The coolest feature of the rubber plant is that its leaves darken to deep burgundy in the light and turn a soft green without it. So no matter where you have it, your rubber plant will thrive while still looking good. These plants also need infrequent watering, as they do best when they dry out a bit in between.

Wait for the winter for some red blooms.

Cacti come from the desert so they should be able to withstand infrequent watering, right? The Christmas cactus, in particular, handles low-light and doesn’t need too much water. It also produces gorgeous deep pink or red flowers in early winter, so it’ll give you something to look forward to during the colder months.
