Lenovo has just announced its 2015 lineup of ThinkPad laptop computers, including new Ultrabook models and the ThinkPad Stack—an interlocking set of accessories made with convenience and mobility in mind.

X Series

First up is the third and latest generation of Lenovo's X1 Carbon premium ultrabook. This super-light 14-inch powerhouse features either Full HD (1080p) or WQHD+ (2,560 x 1,440) resolutions, a PCIe solid state drive, integrated graphics, rapid charge technology, and support for both HDMI and mini-DisplayPort outputs.

The new X1 Carbon is Lenovo's premium Ultrabook for 2015, and starts at $1,249.

Lenovo claims that the X1 boasts better battery life than ever, but the highlight feature is definitely the rugged, lightweight (just 2.8lb) carbon chassis, which Lenovo claims is "virtually indestructible." Inside, a fifth generation Intel Core processor provides plenty of horsepower.

The X1 Carbon is available this month in 4G and LTE options, and starts at $1,249.

The smaller X250 business ultrabook emphasizes portability with a 12.5-inch screen, and also keeps the weight under 3lbs. The X250 will be available next month, starting at $1,149.

T Series

The 14-inch ThinkPad T450s sports a carbon-fiber top and is very lightweight at only 3.5lbs, but still offers ample connectivity options including mini-DisplayPort, VGA, USB, and an SD card reader. The T450s is available next month, starting at $1,099.

The ThinkPad T550 focuses on a combination of rugged design and portability for users on-the-go.

If you're looking for a little more longevity, the ThinkPad T450 and T550 ultrabooks offer the necessary combination of battery life and rugged design for all-day use. They'll come in 14- and 15-inch screen sizes, respectively. Both options offer fifth-gen Intel processors and either integrated or discrete graphics support.

The T450/T550 ultrabooks will be available in February starting at $849/$999, respectively.

L Series

The entry-level ThinkPad L450 ultrabook headlines Lenovo's value category while delivering many of the same features found in its high-end models.

According to Lenovo, the L450 passes military-spec testing and is both thinner and lighter than the company's previous value laptops. It's also the "greenest" ThinkPad this year, adhering to multiple eco-friendly standards.

The L450 (available with a 14-inch screen only) will be on sale next month, starting at $699.

E Series

The ThinkPad E450 and E550 notebook laptops (14- and 15.6-inches) sacrifice a bit in terms of weight and size savings, but retain many of the same powerful components as the company's ultrabooks.

The E450 and E550 notebook laptops are more affordable than the company's Ultrabooks.

Both laptops feature fifth-generation Intel processors and Full-HD (1080p) resolution, and can even be kitted-out with an optional 3D RealSense Camera (E550 only).

The E450 and E550 laptops will be available next month, starting at $599.

ThinkVision X24

Alongside its litany of ThinkPad laptops, Lenovo has also announced a new, ultra-slim computer monitor: the ThinkVision X24.

The bezel-less 24-inch display boasts OLED-style thinness thanks to its back panel, which uses PCM (pre-coated metal) technology instead of the traditional rear cover. It's an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel with 1,920 x 1,080 native resolution, and features both HDMI and DisplayPort inputs.

The X24 will be available in April, starting at $249.

ThinkPad Stack

By far the most unique announcement in this year's Think lineup, Lenovo's ThinkPad Stack is an interlocking system of mobile accessories. In the mix are a Bluetooth speaker, a power bank, an access point, and a 1 TB USB 3.0 hard drive.

The Lenovo ThinkPad Stack is a series of interlocking mobile accessories, including a Bluetooth speaker and a 1 TB hard drive.

These mobile accessories make it easy to expand your audio output or storage, and keep devices like cell phones and tablets charged via the Power Bank. Thanks to the pin design of the interlocking parts, the Stack accessories allow for both power- and data-pass thru.

The Stack accessories will be available in April. The power bank will start at $49.99, while the Bluetooth speaker will retail for $89.99 and the access point and hard drive can be had for $199.99 each.
