Lenovo took to IFA 2015 in Berlin this week to announce a bevy of new gadgets, including an update to its Yoga line of tablets in the form of the Yoga Tab 3 and Yoga Tab 3 Pro. The updated slates offer large displays and run Android 5.1 Lollipop. Lenovo bills them as the "ultimate entertainment tablets."

The 10.1-inch Yoga Tab 3 Pro features a QHD (2560x1600) display and four front-facing speakers packing Dolby Atmos 3D Surround Sound, which Lenovo claims is like having a sound bar strapped to your tablet. The Pro is powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor and a battery that Lenovo claims will net users up to 18 hours per charge.

Of course, all of that is just a sideshow to the Pro's standout feature: an improved projector that can beam a 70-inch image onto your wall or ceiling.

While it's doubtful it can compare to a standalone projector in terms of sheer image quality, the Pro should do in a pinch if you need to throw a movie on for the kids or conduct a quick presentation. The Yoga Tab 3 Pro will start at $499 and will be available this holiday season.

The 8-inch and 10-inch Yoga Tab 3 are, naturally, a step down in comparison. They'll feature Qualcomm quad-core processors, 1080p HD displays, and other minor upgrades compared to last year's Yoga Tab 2 lineup. The 8-inch model will have a starting price of $169, while the 10-inch model starts at $199. Both will be available just in time for the holidays.
