As part of the shortest month of the year, Valentine's Day tends to sneak up on us—and if you're not already aware, Valentine's Day 2022 is next week—Monday, February 14th, to be exact. If you're still brainstorming what to get for your valentine, you can look to DoorDash to treat them to something special. No, we're not talking about food or snacks—although we'll never say no to a heart-shaped box of chocolates.

Starting February 9, DoorDash will now offer same-day flower delivery on the platform, partnering up with over 3,000 local and national florists across the US.

Save 50% off flower delivery from DoorDash

Talk about perfect timing: DoorDash is also offering a discount on your flowers now through February 14. You can score 50% off on purchases up to $25 when you order through DoorDash. Use code "BLOOM" at checkout to redeem this offer. If you're a DashPass member, you can save 50% up to $30 on hand-delivered flowers using code "DPBLOOM".

If you're not sure where to shop for flowers or you're running out of time and need last-minute flower delivery, DoorDash's new offering makes it easy to explore local florists and discover gorgeous floral arrangements right from the app or website. Whether you're looking for flowers for your significant other, a friend or a family member, there are plenty of same-day delivery options to make your loved ones feel special.

Choose from classic red roses to unique arrangements from local shops.

If you live in New York City, for example, you can order stunning arrangements from top-rated shops like A&Bflowershop, which features options like a classic dozen of red roses, a bouquet of rainbow tulips or a sweet arrangement of pink and purple flowers. With the current deal happening now, you can get the classic red roses from A&Bflowershop for $39.99 with DashPass or $44.99 without (originally $69.99).

For those in Los Angeles, shops like California Flowers offer gorgeous options like the "I Love You" black box of flowers that comes with a plush Valentine's Day-themed teddy bear. With DoorDash's discount, you can get the "I Love You" black box arrangement for just $20 with DashPass or $25 without (originally $50).

This flower delivery offering by DoorDash, of course, is available beyond NYC and LA, so be sure to explore what florists are available near you.
