What we like about it
The biggest surprise was the hand-feel out of the package. Brushed microfiber at this price point is often slick and plasticky; this isn’t. Deep pockets that actually fit

What could be better
These run slightly warmer than the cotton control set we tested alongside. If you’re a chronic hot sleeper or you’re shopping for summer-only bedding, a percale cotton or Tencel set will breathe better. The other thing to know: microfiber’s durability story is good but not infinite. We’d expect noticeable pilling somewhere past the 30-wash mark, where cotton would still look fresh. At $30, of course, you can buy three sets for the price of one cotton set and still come out ahead.
