Esther is a senior staff writer at Reviewed covering all things health and fitness. Originally from upstate New York, she grew up outdoors running, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding.

After graduating from Northwestern University with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she gravitated toward lifestyle reporting, focusing on fitness, mental health, and the Covid-19 pandemic.

She now enjoys testing and reviewing exercise equipment, fitness trackers, workout apparel, and more. In her free time you can probably still find her running, snowboarding, or practicing yoga.
