Jennifer Ernst Beaudry

Jennifer Ernst Beaudry is the Managing Editor of Commerce at Reviewed, where she oversees gift guides and shopping content. In more than 15 years of covering the consumer market, her work has appeared in Footwear Insight, Footwear News, Complex, Solecollector and more.

She started her career covering shoes, a decision that took her to places she expected (factories, stores, New York Fashion Week, a tannery) and places she didn't (a yurt, curling on Olympic ice, boat cruises and the NYSE). In pursuit of the story she's tested product, interviewed shoppers, moderated panels, grilled CEOs, and cornered celebrities at parties. She has strong opinions about what makes a good product, what makes a good gift, and when you should pay full price. (The answer to the last one is almost never).

Jennifer holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.A. from New York University. She lives outside Chicago with her kids, husband and an unruly hound. Her dedication to soup is legendary.
