If Hyram Yarbro is TikTok’s resident skincare expert, Mikayla Nogueira is the app’s go-to makeup guru. The Massachusetts-based creator stands on her soapbox to reveal “what’s poppin” on the makeup front, and occasionally, she’ll share what’s not worth your coin. Along the way, Mikayla's viral stardom has led to several collaborations and partnerships, including a makeup collection for Glamlite, a live makeup class with L’Oréal Paris, and most recently, a three-piece skincare set featuring her tried-and-true favorites from Glow Recipe called Glow Essentials by Mikayla.

Although Mikayla has gone on to work with some of the beauty brands on this list, she’s shared with her 11 million-plus followers that these are examples of “stuff [she] can’t live without” and “stuff [she’s] bought over and over again.”
