August 24, 2007 - Engadget today reported Apple iPhone users have noticed significant improvements to the camera’s Live Preview after updating to firmware version 1.0.2. According to Apple, the update, released earlier this week, irons out a few bugs. Upgrades to the camera were not mentioned in the release notes.

According to Engadget, users have noticed a "vast improvement in the camera’s live video update." Our sister site, WirelessInfo.com, noted in its iPhone review that even slight movements of the phone cause the Live Preview to blur subjects. Users also claimed the WiFi reception has been improved with the update.
