October 6, 2005 - Nikon unveiled a special website devoted to their D2X DSLR yesterday, which currently features work and commentary from four professional photographers who shoot with the D2X. Nikon plans to introduce two new photographers a week over the next three weeks for an eventual total of ten.

The D2X site is a fusion of art gallery and advertisement. Visitors can click on marketing information on the D2X, read testimonials from the featured photographers, or browse through a small sampling of each artists’ images. Visitors can also click to see the lens and camera settings used to capture each image.

The site is very flash intensive and the image files are large, so it is advisable that those planning on visiting the site have a fast internet connection.
