St. Patrick's Day, the feast day of the patron saint of Ireland, will be celebrated by people all over the United States on March 17, 2022. St. Patrick's Day is typically dedicated to spending time with friends and family and eating well—in my house, for example, we whip up green pancakes and sip on mimosas until well into the afternoon.

Whether you're lucky enough to be celebrating together, or you're simply preparing for a long day of wearing green and eating well, we've rounded up a few products that can help—from a DNA test to help you figure out whether or not you're actually as Irish as your parents claim (I took one with my sister and found out just how Irish she is and I am not ), to a beautiful green pot for your Irish stew, soda bread, or whatever else you're whipping up for the holiday.

1. Explore your heritage with a DNA test

Discover when your ancestors made moves from Ireland.

If you've ever wondered just how Irish your family is, you're not alone. After years of attending St. Patrick's Day celebrations, I was curious about where my own heritage stood. Taking a DNA test with AncestryDNA helped me see how Irish I actually am. AncestryDNA is hosting a deal ahead of St. Patrick’s Day, which means you can learn about your heritage for $40 less than you might normally spend on a DNA kit.

The Perfect Pot provides all the functionality of a Dutch oven with the versatility of the Always Pan. We reviewed the Perfect Pot and enjoyed its easy-to-clean design, induction-friendly build and temperature regulation.
