A Bluetooth-connected app lets you fine-tune the cooling for specific varietals, and when it's ready you can remove the cellar from its dock and take it with you. The cellar's insulated walls will keep your vino cooled for up to 10 hours, until you're ready to pop the cork. (We'd say it's cooler than cool, but that's not really how you're supposed to drink wine.)
