REVIEWED READERS' CHOICE AWARDS (“Awards”)
Official Rules
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE U.S. FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.
Reviewed, part of StackCommerce (“Reviewed”), and its partners will select a panel of experts to create an initial list of nominees for the ballot. Beginning April 2026 and continuing until such time as Reviewed desires, Reviewed will publish a list of nominees by category for public voting to determine the Reviewed Readers’ Choice Winner. Once a category list is published, voting will commence for 28 days for each category. At the end of the voting period, voting will close, and Reviewed will announce the businesses with the most votes as Readers’ Choice winners in their respective categories within 10 days, at which point Reviewed will publish the full list of winners. All timelines are approximate and subject to change.
Eligibility
The Awards are only open to organizations selected by Reviewed.
Voting
Entrants are permitted to share the official Reviewed-approved badge and promote their participation in the Awards to their audiences, but may not offer prizes, run giveaways, or use any other incentive to solicit votes. The badge must be discontinued once voting closes. Directors, officers, and employees of an entrant are not eligible to vote on behalf of that entrant. Voters must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals are limited to one vote per category. Voting remains open for 28 days from the date each list is published. Any use of bots, scripts, automated systems, or other vote manipulation methods is strictly prohibited, and votes tied to such activity will be disqualified. Attempts to artificially influence results — including vote farming, fraudulent voting practices, or misleading promotions designed to inflate a business's standing — are grounds for disqualification from the program.
Winners And Prize
Winners will be offered the opportunity to license the official Reviewed Readers' Choice Winners Badge, subject to a separate trademark license agreement. Winners may also be considered for editorial coverage by Reviewed, though this is at Reviewed's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. To license, see licensing details.
Sponsor
The Reviewed Readers' Choice Awards are administered by Reviewed, part of StackCommerce. All decisions made by Reviewed regarding the program — including final winners — are final and binding. Reviewed is not responsible for typographical or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or related materials.
Participation
Reviewed will use reasonable endeavors to inform those Entrants selected for participation in the Awards. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. To opt out, contact Reviewed at [email protected]. Reviewed reserves the right to remove entrants, votes, or voters — and to disqualify any person or business — suspected of manipulating or abusing the program in any way.
Use of Trademarks
Reviewed, part of StackCommerce, owns all rights, title, and interest in the names and logos, including Reviewed Readers’ Choice and the Reviewed Readers’ Choice Badge. None of the Reviewed Readers’ Choice Badges may be used, reproduced, or published in any form without prior written permission from Reviewed. To license a badge, see licensing details.
Cancellation and Termination
If any aspect of the Awards cannot run as planned due to technical failures, fraud, tampering, network issues, or any other cause beyond Reviewed’s control, Reviewed reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Awards. In such an event, Reviewed may determine winners from among all eligible votes received prior to cancellation or take other action it deems fair and appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Awards, entrants and voters agree to release and hold harmless Reviewed, StackCommerce, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Awards or acceptance, use, or misuse of any recognition or badge associated with the Awards.
No Endorsement
Recognition in the Reviewed Readers’ Choice Awards reflects the results of public voting and editorial selection processes and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any product, service, or business.
Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Awards program shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
