After the unusual warm weather last week, many (if not all) of us are daydreaming of that time of year where the sun is shining and backyard barbecues seem to pop up every weekend: spring. I decided to ask around the office to see what everyone will be taking out this upcoming season. Here's what we're looking forward to this spring.

1. A dual leash to walk our beloved dogs

Two pooches? No problem.

Once the weather gets warm enough, I love taking my family dogs (a maltipoo and cavapoo) on walks in the park near my childhood home. The difficulty of walking two energetic pups who want to sniff everything is the leashes tend to get tangled and I find myself twisting to walk comfortably. I got a dual dog leash that rotates so the leashes don’t get twisted. It doesn’t work perfectly and I have to manually rotate the base sometimes, but it makes the walk so much easier. - Courtney Campbell, Ecommerce Writer (that’s me!)

2. That grill that's been in the closet all winter

A grill that fits in your closet does exist.

I've had my Coleman Road Trip Grill stuck in a closet for the majority of the fall and winter and it's almost time to bring it back out. It's a pop-up grill with wheels, so it's portable and easy to store. As someone who loves to grill outside wherever I am, especially at tailgates, it's been great to have and now with a new apartment with limited backyard space, it should be perfect for that too. - Connor Whooley, Audience Engagement

3. New kicks to kick off the season

Possibly the most versatile footwear.

I like to start off the spring season with a new pair of Keds. I have better kicks, but every year, I find that I reach for my white Keds most often. I think they complement almost any outfit, from a T-shirt and jeans, to a navy suit, to a silky summer dress. They are totally classic and comfortable, and they add a lot of style for not a lot of money. - Cindy Bailen, Senior Staff Writer

4. A high-tech fan with a retro vibe

You can actually cool your room without A/C.

I didn't think I could ever fall in love with a fan until I started buying Vornado fans, which I wrote about extensively last spring. This year, I'm excited to use one of the company's vintage models, which not only does a remarkable job circulating the air in a room, but also makes your room look good in the process, thanks to its aesthetically pleasing, throwback design. The second the temperature starts to climb, I plan on cracking my bedroom windows and circulating fresh air all day long. - Michael Desjardin, Senior Staff Writer

5. A blender to make all the smoothies (and frozen drinks)

Being heathy is easy with simple clean up.

During the winter, I usually cozy up to a warm bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. But as soon as the temperature goes above 50 I’m finally able to sip on smoothies without being too cold. I love blending them up using my Nutribullet because it blends consistently, doesn’t take up too much space, and is super easy to clean. - Courtney Campbell, Ecommerce Writer

6. New sneakers to run off the winter weight

You'll actually want to run in these bright sneakers.

Finally, spring is coming! I can't wait to bust out my running sneakers to work off the winter weight I put on (I regret nothing). But I definitely need to replace my running shoes this season, so I am looking forward to buying a new pair. I always buy Asics running shoes, but this season I'd like to get a flashy, fun color. This light blue pair is currently sitting in my Amazon cart, and the first day it hits 55, I'm buying them! - Patricia Camerota, Social Media Editor

7. An umbrella that will last a lifetime

Obsessed with your umbrella? We are.

I really love my umbrella. It sounds dumb, I know. After so many years of repeatedly buying those $8 bulls**t umbrellas at CVS or whatever just to have them break or stop working on me, I decided to upgrade. Our Editor-in-Chief evangelized the hell out of his fancy $100 umbrella and I think four or five people in the office bought one when they went on sale. I was one of those people. - Michael Roorda, Video Producer/Editor

8. A light jacket for when the weather's just right

This jacket is light enough for mid-April weather.

The perfect weather cannot be described by mere numbers or symbols a weatherman points at. In my mind, the perfect weather is when you need to wear a light jacket zipped half way up. Those days of spring are what I'm looking most forward to. - Jonathan Chan, Senior Lab Technician

9. The best charcoal grill for cookouts

We'll be chilling and grilling this spring.

After the freak warm weather we had last week, all I can think about is that fresh spring air, which immediately makes me long for the first backyard barbecue of the season. Now that I've got space in my shared backyard, I'm planning to pick up the best charcoal grill we've tested. Nothing beats the flavor from a charcoal grill, and this one is cheap enough I'll have money left over to pick up some top-shelf steaks and really do it right. - Samantha Gordon, Managing Editor—Ecommerce

10. Stylish rain booties for spring showers

These booties are waterproof and stylish.

These Sam Edelman rain boots are the perfect between-season footwear for when it's still gross and wet out all day, but you need to retire your toasty Bean boots. They meet right at the cross-section of style and function. - Jessica Teich, Senior Staff Writer
