If you're anything like me, your kitchen cabinets are probably overflowing with bulky cooking tools. The chaos is unreal. My mom's likely shaking her head in shame as she reads this. The best part is I have no one to blame except for myself.
Whenever I decide to make eggs for breakfast, the routine is almost always the same. I amble into the kitchen, half-asleep, and spend far too long digging around for a spatula. It's a pain, and I wish things were less haphazard. Well, thanks to this brilliant kitchen set that folds like origami, you won't ever have to worry about cabinet space again.
Enter Ori-Kit. Reminiscent of the Polygons measuring spoon, it contains tools that start off flat like paper, which saves a ton of drawer space. When you're ready to use them, all you have to do is fold along the marked lines and suddenly they’re shaped like spoons or even a colander. Easy, right?
In addition to coming with foldable spoons and a colander, Ori-Kit also includes turners and funnels. These tools are lightweight, portable, compact, and dishwasher safe. You can even use them outdoors too. I'm not sure how durable they are, but you can cook burgers on an outdoor grill with them, so that's something!
The official Kickstarter campaign kicks off in about ten days. If you're looking for more information about Ori-Kit, you can get it here. No word on the price or estimate shipping date yet, but stay tuned! If anything, this simple kit is an excellent alternative to traditional cooking tools. They free up a lot of space, and they're fun to play with.
