Updates 2.3 or higher, including the most recent version Camera Raw 3.5, support digital negative format (DNG files).

Adobe notes that in light of recent camera introductions, "Camera RAW 3.6 development has been accelerated to accommodate recently announced cameras such as the Nikon D80 and the Canon EOS 400D/Digital Rebel Xti." Camera RAW 3.6 will be available in the fall, according to the Adobe website.
