August 9, 2006 – Yesterday, Big Fish Games, Inc. launched Big Fish Greetings on the website www.bigfishgreetings.com, the first free online photo-sharing and game website, according to the company news release.

Powered by Smilebox, Big Fish Greetings allows users to upload their digital photo and create a puzzle game from the image to send to friends and family through email. The first puzzle is free. Each additional one is $1.99 or $4.99, a monthly fee for unlimited puzzles.

"Personal expression and casual gaming are growing markets that are seeing aggressive consumer adoption," stated Smilebox president Andrew Wright.
