The newly announced Ringlite Converter by Bowens claims to be a ‘world-first’ since it seeks to make ringflash-style photography affordable with its unique design. Unlike traditional ringflash, the Ringlite converter doesn’t makes use of flash tubes, cable or a power pack.

The converter is backwards compatible and via the converter photographers can put the camera lens through the centre of the light source to create soft lighting.
