May 20 - Budding photographers dreaming of a chance to be featured in National Geographic may have their chance with the '"Energizer® Ultimate Photography Contest." The winner will have his or her photo featured in a new ad campaign for Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries, which will run in the famous magazine next December.
In addition to seeing their photo run in National Geographic, the winner will travel to Tanzania and Zanzibar accompanied by a National Geographic expert.
Submitted photos should fall into one of the following categories: adventure and exploration, travel, weather, science, people and cultures, festivals and celebrations, wildlife and nature, and space.
