July 23, 2007 – Fujifilm has announced an update to its Hyper-Utility Software HS-V3 for both Windows and Mac operating systems.

With the new software v.1.1b, the PC shootings function may now be used with the FinePix S5 Pro when the function lock of the camera is on as long as the user has downloaded firmware update v.1.08 for the S5 Pro.

The firmware update may be downloaded from Fujifilm’s website.
