The PC and Mac compatible miniStack v3 has various ports so that users can connect to multiple devices, including digital cameras, printers, and memory card readers, at the same time. The drive has the following ports: (3) USB 2.0/1.1, (2) FireWire 800, (1) FireWire 400, and (1) eSATA port.

"Its port flexibility and compact design also makes miniStack v3 an ideal portable external hard drive storage solution to move among multiple systems for future system compatibility," stated a company press release today.

The miniStack v3 measures 6.5 x 1.5 x 6.5 inches and has a data transfer rate of 150MB per second. Geared for photo, video, and audio, the hard drive can store up to 1 million JPEG photos or the equivalent of 350,000 MP3s, according to the release.

The hard drive is compatible with Mac OS 8.6 and higher and Windows ME and higher. The NewerTech miniStack v3 Quad Interface is available at macsales.com and select retailers.
