Nik Software has released the Viveza plug-in for Aperture 2.1, which works seamlessly within Aperture’s organizing and editing environment.  Via the new plug-in users would be able to make localized enhancements to brightness, contrast, or color and it can also creates masks based on where the photographer places a Control Point.

The suggested retail price of Viveza is $249.95 and it’s fully with Mac OS 10.5. Current owners of Viveza for Photoshop are eligible for a free update, which includes Aperture compatibility by visiting www.niksoftware.com/viveza.
