November 8, 2005 - Nikon has announced firmware updates for the D2X and D2Hs, which improves autofocus, AF assist beam coordination with certain Speedlights, lighting issues in the image when using a manual flash at 1/250 shutter speed, and errors in the Dutch menus. Additionally, the D2X firmware contains an update to white balance settings that correct for a slight red tint.
