December 20, 2006 *– Today, Olympus released five firmware updates for their point-and-shoot SP-series cameras, the SP-700 (version 1.2), SP-500UZ (v.1.2), SP-350 (v.1.4), SP-310 (v.1.4), and SP-320 (v1.1). The new Olympus firmware improves start-up time with xD memory cards.
