](http://www.eye.fi/)The wireless trend is catching on in the imaging world. Yesterday Eye-Fi, Inc  announced that Eye-Fi users have uploaded around one million photographs onto the web. In fact according to the company’s finding every minute, seven photos are wirelessly sent from an Eye-Fi Card to one of Eye-Fi's 25 online photo sharing, blogging, printing and social networking Web site partners. The 2G Eye-Fi Card retails for $99.99 USD and is PC and Mac compatible.

'Users are showing us that the Eye-Fi Card is changing the way they share and save photos, and this milestone certainly underscores that,' said CEO Jef Holove. 'With the Eye-Fi Card, uploading digital memories is automatic and effortless, so users are sharing photos with friends and family while the memories are still fresh. They aren't waiting until their memory card is full or they have spare time to transfer pictures from their cameras.'
