The Fujifilm FinePix S1000 is a new 10 megapixel shooter that comes equipped with a Fujinon 12x optical zoom (33mm-396mm equivalent) lens. Apart from a 2.7" high-resolution (230k dots) LCD, the prosumer camera also features Fujifilm’s Dual Image Stabilization and SR Auto (Automatic Scene Recognition). The FinePix S1500fd will debut in March 2009 at a retail price of $249.95.
