The green monster is ideal for shooting wildlife, sports, and astronomical subjects as it covers widely used focal lengths from 200mm to 500mm.
A 72mm filter can be inserted at the rear of the lens and the lens hood blocks away all the extra light. The dedicated Li-ion battery BP-21 is used to power the zooming and AF operation and the lens also comes equipped with a LCD panel.
