If you’re anything like us, you’ve been prioritizing your home spaces even more than usual in the past couple of years. Spending more time at home means it’s worth investing in everyday products that make staying in feel more like a luxury than a bore. And it doesn’t look like that’s changing anytime soon; 2022 trend forecasts are suggesting that tech products aimed at simplifying and optimizing our at-home experiences will stay relevant well into the new year.

Enter: LG’s new line of on-trend home appliances, which includes a high-tech InstaView Double Oven Slide-in Range that launches in March 2022. An upgrade from last year's InstaView oven, this range offers two separate ovens instead of one: the top a conventional, radiant oven; and the bottom a ProBake Convection oven, which prioritizes speed, efficiency, and consistency. The bottom oven also allows you to go beyond standard baking, with the same Air Fry and Air Sous Vide features that LG included in the previous model.

Using this range to make sous vide dishes (sans water) eliminates the need for an immersion circulator or water bath to achieve the benefits of sous vide cooking. And air frying in the InstaView uses high temperatures and a dual-speed convection fan to accomplish the crunch of frying without all the oil (or an air fryer).

Other features returning to this model are the InstaView window—which requires nothing but a double knock on the oven door to take a peek at your food—as well as the LG ThinQ compatibility, which allows you to control cooking settings through your Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.

All these high-tech features—plus the ability to multitask dinner courses with a double-oven—makes this InstaView model the most premium of LG’s offerings. It will be available in both gas and electric models in March 2022.
