Freedom of the Seas is one of the largest cruise ships on the planet and it's chock full of on-board activities, including an ice skating rink, rock climbing wall and the cruise industry's first FlowRider surfing pool.

Significantly smaller than Celebrity Cruises' new Solstice Class ships, the Celebrity Summit is a relatively quiet vessel that will appeal most to couples and retirees looking for a less bustling experience than one will find on some other major lines. The ship is slated for a major overhaul in 2012.
