Will tariffs affect Apple pricing in the future?
This answer seems to change every day. In April 2025, the iPhone was given an exemption from tariffs; however, just one month later, the threat was back with a 25% markup.
While tariffs haven’t dramatically affected the price of Apple products yet, they could come through higher import costs, international manufacturing, or simply because it’s nearly impossible for Apple to make its products in the United States.
