Decorating for the holidays can be both a joy and a chore, depending on how you look at it. Choosing lights, wreaths, and Christmas ornaments can be tough if you’re a new homeowner, starting fresh in a new apartment, or looking to add to your collection of Christmas ornaments.
After researching thousands of products and user reviews, we came up with a list of the best Christmas tree decorations and classic Christmas ornaments you can get this holiday season—no matter your decorating style.
How to Make Christmas Ornaments
Holiday crafting can be a ton of fun with kids—and the perfect way to add a personal touch to your tree. There are plenty of DIY ornament tutorials online, but one of my personal favorites takes just a few minutes and will make an adorable melted snowman ornament to hang on your tree.
In order to make them, you’ll take clear bulbs and fill them with fake snow, or sugar if you’re doing it last-minute. Then add paper cut-out in the shape of a hat, eyes, and little carrot nose, and you’ve got a great homemade Christmas ornament for your tree.
