A nifty design and cool interface can't make up for a hefty price and weak performance.

Fairly standard on efficiency and features, this Ikea dishwasher offers a very solid clean, even without a quick cycle.

The Frigidaire FGBD2431NF is very cheap, but not cheap enough.

At close to a grand the GE Profile PDWT280VSS isn't a strong performer.
